All product prices displayed are MRP-inclusive of GST. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Prices may change without prior notice. Product images are representative — actual appearance may vary slightly.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Cashfree. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Wallet credits can be used as partial payment.
We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as wallet credits. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Mart Nutrition operates a closed-loop store credit system. Credits are earned through refunds, referrals, and promotions — they cannot be topped up with real money. Maximum wallet balance is ₹10,000. Credits may have expiry dates. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Mart Nutrition is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
